 Notable Notary Services provides professional and reliable mobile notary public services to Individuals, Law Firms, Title Companies, and the Real Estate Industry at large. If you have clients who are unable to come into your office to close their loan, I will meet your client at their home, office, or any convenient location. (closing restrictions may apply to Texas Home Equity loans)  I will promptly ensure that loan documents are signed correctly and returned to you for a reasonable flat fee. I am also available for end of the month closings for Title companies as well.

 

I have been performing notary loan closings since 2005. I have over 14 years combined experience in Banking as a consumer and commercial loan officer. I am adept at loan documentation and understand the importance of proper signings in order for loans to be funded in a timely manner. I have the experience and knowledge to guide your borrower through their loan documents.
